U11DS Team Night at the Hockey Mill

Time: 6 PM - 8:30 PM (Drop off/Pick up, parents & coaches welcome to stay, but not required; so a good mini date night) What to Bring: Full Equipment (You will all be coming from Stayner Practice, so that should be an issue What will happen: To Start: A meal will be served (sushi and pizza) to start, with video review and coaching by the Hockey Mill Family Following this: The girls will go down to our synthetic ice surface for the following: - On-ice playmaking (practising what we learned about in the video review, with hands on coaching) - Goaltender development (our 3 goalies will go to our goalie development area for specific goalie training by one of our Goalie Coaches) - Treadmill training (the 10 girls from White and Purple HL teams will have a chance to get coached on the treadmills) - Post-session cool-down with Bio Steel and a Hockey Mill Toque to stay warm!
